Return and Cancellation Policy
All special orders, bedding purchases, closeout merchandise purchases, setup and delivery charges are noncancelable and non-refundable. New item, in an opened container or out of container with no physical or cosmetic damage, returned within five days of purchase, qualifies for full store credit or cash refund less 25% restocking charge. Sold “as is” merchandise has no implied or expressed warranties, all sales are final; please inspect merchandise thoroughly. Accessories must be returned within 10 days for a full refund. Adjustable bases, pillows and mattress protectors are non-refundable. Make sure to measure for fit and travel path to place items in proper location. Reselections are subject to a 25% restocking fee and delivery charges.
Custom order requires a 50% down payment. Customer orders are non-cancelable and nonrefundable. A salesperson must verify with you all your information on your special order. Aladdin Home Store will provide free of charge any repairs that are delivery related damage (scratches, nicks, chips, etc.) if reported to our company within three business days after delivery. Custom order products cannot be purchased online. Due to this items wide verity of customizable features we require a sales person to work one-on-one with our customers, to make sure everyone gets exactly what they want. Please make sure your furniture and appliances will physically fit through the doors and into your room and is the right size for the room before placing your order.
